  • 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese: ~7g protein

  • 1 can of chickpeas: ~20g protein

  • Cucumber and avocado for freshness and nutrients

  • Trader Joe’s Organic Toasted Sesame Dressing for that delicious flavor kick
