Everything you need comes straight from Trader Joe’s!

Ingredients
1 cup of cooked chicken breast: ~43g protein (no shame in grabbing the pre-cooked chicken breast, or you can grill your own)
1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese: ~7g protein
1 can of chickpeas: ~20g protein
Cucumber and avocado for freshness and nutrients
Trader Joe’s Organic Toasted Sesame Dressing for that delicious flavor kick

Enjoy it as a standalone salad, or get creative! Try it in a sandwich for a protein boost on the go, or serve it over a bed of rice for a heartier meal.
